REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

1. INTRODUCTION

This Refund and Cancellation Policy governs all purchases, bookings, donations, contributions, and transactions made through Yajman.

2. NATURE OF SERVICES

The Platform primarily facilitates:

  • Pujas
  • Havans
  • Jaaps
  • Kathas
  • Temple Rituals
  • Gau Seva
  • Annadan
  • Donations
  • Religious Event Participation

Since many services are scheduled and performed specifically for individual devotees, refunds may not always be possible.

3. CANCELLATION BY USER

Users may request cancellation before:

  • Ritual scheduling;
  • Sankalp preparation;
  • Allocation to a priest.

Once any of the above activities have commenced, cancellation may not be available.

4. NON-REFUNDABLE TRANSACTIONS

Refunds will generally not be available for:

  • Completed rituals;
  • Performed Sankalps;
  • Donations;
  • Dakshina;
  • Gau Seva Contributions;
  • Annadan Contributions;
  • Festival-specific bookings;
  • Personalized religious services.

5. ELIGIBLE REFUND CASES

Refunds may be considered where:

  • Duplicate payments occur.
  • Incorrect payment processing occurs.
  • The Company cancels a booked service.
  • Technical failures prevent service delivery.
  • The booked service becomes impossible to perform.

6. REFUND PROCESS

Refund requests must be submitted within seven (7) days of the transaction.

Requests should include:

  • Name
  • Mobile Number
  • Transaction ID
  • Reason for Refund Request

The Company may request supporting information.

7. REFUND TIMELINE

Approved refunds shall generally be processed within 7–15 business days through the original payment method.

Processing timelines may vary depending on banking institutions and payment gateways.

8. COMPANY DISCRETION

All refund requests shall be reviewed individually.

The Company's decision regarding refunds shall be final and binding.

9. POLICY CHANGES

Yajman reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time.
