• “Pandit”, “Priest”, or “Spiritual Service Provider” refers to religious practitioners conducting rituals through or in association with the Platform.
• “Deliverables” include Sankalp videos, photographs, recordings, certificates, receipts, prasad, acknowledgements, reports, and other outputs associated with a booked service.

3. PLATFORM OVERVIEW

Yajman is a technology-enabled platform that facilitates participation in religious, spiritual, and devotional activities.

Users may:

• Book pujas, havans, jaaps, kathas, abhisheks, and other rituals.
• Participate in online and offline spiritual events.
• Submit names, gotra, and sankalp details for rituals.
• Make donations and dakshina.
• Participate in Gau Seva and charitable activities.
• Access devotional content and educational resources.
• Purchase religious products or offerings where available.
• Receive ritual-related deliverables.
• Attend live-streamed ceremonies and spiritual programs.

The Platform acts as a facilitator between devotees and spiritual service providers and does not guarantee any specific spiritual, personal, financial, medical, legal, or supernatural outcome.

4. ELIGIBILITY

You represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age; or
• You are using the Platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian;
• You possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements;
• You will comply with all applicable laws.

We reserve the right to refuse access to any person at our sole discretion.

• Maintaining confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Restricting access to your account.
• All activities conducted under your account.

You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access.

We shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized account use.

7. RELIGIOUS SERVICES

The Platform facilitates participation in:

• Pujas, Havans, Jaaps, Kathas, Temple Rituals, Abhisheks, Gau Seva, Annadan, Festival-based Ceremonies, and Personalized Religious Services.

Rituals may be performed:

• Physically at temples or sacred locations;
• Remotely on behalf of users;
• Through live-streamed participation;
• Through recorded participation.

Service details, dates, deliverables, and offerings may vary by ritual.

8. SPIRITUAL SERVICES DISCLAIMER

The Services offered on the Platform are based on traditional Hindu scriptures, customs, beliefs, and practices.

The Company does not guarantee:

• Wealth, Financial gain, Marriage, Childbirth, Employment, Promotion, Recovery from illness, Removal of planetary doshas, Legal success, Business success, or Any supernatural result.

The effectiveness and perceived benefits of rituals are matters of individual faith and belief.

Users participate voluntarily based on their personal religious beliefs.

9. DONATIONS AND DAKSHINA

Users may voluntarily make:

• Donations, Dakshina, Temple Contributions, Gau Seva Contributions, Annadan Contributions, and Charitable Offerings.

Such payments are voluntary and generally non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

The Company reserves the right to allocate contributions according to operational and charitable requirements.

10. PAYMENT TERMS

Payments may be made through:

• UPI, Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, and Other approved payment methods.

Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways.

We do not store complete payment card information.

Users agree to comply with payment gateway terms and conditions.

11. REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Unless otherwise stated, refunds are generally not available where:

• A ritual has been performed;
• A booking has been scheduled;
• A Sankalp has been taken;
• Deliverables have been generated.

Refunds may be considered where:

• The Company cancels a service;
• A duplicate payment occurs;
• Technical errors prevent service delivery.

Refund request must be submitted within seven (7) days. The Company's decision shall be final.

12. DELIVERABLES

Depending upon the service booked, users may receive:

• Sankalp Videos, Ritual Photographs, Certificates, Donation Receipts, Participation Confirmation, Prasad, and Live Streaming Access.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary.

Failure to deliver a non-essential deliverable shall not invalidate the ritual itself.

13. COMMUNICATIONS

By using the Platform, you consent to receive SMS, WhatsApp Messages, Emails, Phone Calls, and Push Notifications related to:

• Bookings, Deliverables, Promotions, Religious Events, and Service Updates.

Users may opt out of promotional communications where legally permitted.

14. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to:

• Upload false information or misrepresent identity.
• Provide inaccurate ritual details.
• Post offensive content or violate religious harmony.
• Abuse staff, priests, or other users.
• Use automated tools to access the Platform or attempt unauthorized access.
• Interfere with Platform operations.

15. USER-GENERATED CONTENT

Users may submit reviews, testimonials, feedback, photos, and comments.

By submitting content, you grant the Company a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display such content. We reserve the right to remove any content at our discretion.

16. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Platform content including logos, branding, text, graphics, videos, ritual recordings, images, software, and designs are owned by or licensed to Shriji Devteck Private Limited.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially exploited without written permission.

17. PRIVACY

Collection and processing of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to such collection and processing.

18. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The Platform may integrate with Payment Gateways, Social Media Platforms, Streaming Platforms, Logistics Providers, and Communication Providers. We are not responsible for third-party services or their actions.

19. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for:

• Indirect/consequential damages, loss of profits, loss of opportunity, emotional distress, spiritual dissatisfaction, delayed deliverables, or third-party failures.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the User for the relevant service.

20. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shriji Devteck Private Limited, Yajman, directors, employees, consultants, priests, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, costs, liabilities, and legal expenses arising from:

• Violation of these Terms, misuse of the Platform, false information provided by you, or violation of applicable laws.

21. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Platform and Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We make no warranties regarding:

• Availability, accuracy, reliability, spiritual outcomes, or uninterrupted operation.

Use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.

22. FORCE MAJEURE

The Company shall not be liable for delays or failures resulting from natural disasters, floods, earthquakes, pandemics, government actions, war, internet failures, power outages, religious restrictions, temple closures, or acts beyond reasonable control.

23. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• These Terms are violated, fraudulent activity is detected, false information is provided, or harm is caused to the Platform or other users.

Termination may occur without prior notice.

24. MODIFICATION OF TERMS

25. GOVERNING LAW

Parties shall first attempt amicable resolution. If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to mediation. Any dispute not resolved through mediation shall be finally settled through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

The arbitration shall:

• Be conducted by a sole arbitrator;
• Be held in Indore, Madhya Pradesh;
• Be conducted in English.

The arbitral award shall be final and binding.

27. JURISDICTION

Subject to arbitration provisions, courts located in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

28. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.

29. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and other published policies, constitute the entire agreement between the User and the Company.
